these are perfect for performing a bunch of exercises at home. Great workout at home. Wonderful quality, I have been using them for more than a month now, no damages so far. Very happy. Also, great tools to strengthen and tone yourself up at home.

due to the restrictions imposed in my area, it is impossible to go to an actual gym, especially considering the amount of sweat and other fluids that may be on the surfaces and that’s possibly contaminated. Looking around my home, I quickly realized I didn’t have any equipment to help me work out. Hence, I decided to look online and found this product. As the price point wasn’t extremely expensive, I decided to give it a shot. I must say, it’s very good! I like the sheet giving us various ways to use the product as it gave me ideas to incorporate into my own work out. The bands itself are pretty durable and haven’t ripped after 2-3 hour sessions of usage so far. It’s easy to carry around with the small bag given helps. Obviously, the heavier bands will be thicker but the overall product is relatively light so you won’t strain yourself while carrying it. Overall, I believe it is a great product given the price point and I would definitely recommend it for those stuck or are afraid (justifiably) from leaving home.

I hurt my back a few years ago and with everything going on have been sitting a ton. I wanted to try something that wouldn’t require tons of effort and was very user friendly. One of my good friends bought the same brand so I figured I would give it a try. Been very easy to use, and I do like how well built the ends are where it attaches to the hand holder. Will definitely buy again for gifts or if this ever breaks.

Since the lockdown, I haven’t felt like I’ve been getting the most out of my at-home workouts. I felt like I really needed (wanted) to use the machines at the gym to get a good workout in. I decided to get these bands because they allow me to put them on the door and do waaaay more workouts than what the typical resistance bands let you do. I haven’t broken a sweat or been this sore since before the pandemic. I’m really happy with this purchase. Might also purchase a set for my brother!

like that the resistance is enough for you to get a good workout without having to use weights. Gyms can be expensive at times and also with the current situation of the pandemic, you probably don’t want to go out to gyms. The resistance bands are perfect, there are a variety of workouts that you can do with them. This brand is also kind enough to provide you with a list of workouts that you can do at home. It took some time to figure out how the different attachments actually worked, but it was pretty easy to use afterwards. I recommend having a set at home.

I am so excited about these. I am a trainer and workout a client via zoom and I love that I can join in with her now issuing my bands. They pack comes with tons of resistance options. Not only do they come with handles they also come with straps if you want to go around your feet and legs to get a lower body workout. You can do both arms and legs. And it even comes with a chart to show you the large variety of exercises you can do to go along with it. I am very very happy with my purchase.

Great product. Very durable. Love that it has different bands at different weights for the best resistance for you. There is a manual with different techniques you can use with the bands. I feel secure with the anchor that the set comes with to place on any angle of the door.

These bands are exactly what I need at a price that I like. I have been through therapy for nexk and shoulders issues going on a while now. My therapist sent me home with bands to us for some of my at home sessions. The only issie the ones I was provided are just elastic bands and nothing more which makes doing more versatile therapy exercises difficult. These bands are great. They have xlips.so.you can hook them to your door and move them around for multiple techniques. Sp far they seem pretty durable but only have been using them a few days. They are awesome!

So my review process came down to which seller was rated by other consumers for having the best quality product. So my purchase was made based on their feedback on the quality of the product. And now that I have the product in hand I can honestly say that I made the right choice. I find the bands to be well made and very similar to the ones I have used in my local gym. Good bang for the buck.
